I specialize in corporate and financial issues, both of corporations and for banks and investment funds, as well as financial market taxation issues, with a focus on the topics of “taxation and law of financial transactions” and “corporate finance.”

I am a founding partner of the associated firm Renne & Partners, in Varese and Milan.

I hold positions on boards of directors, as an independent member, and in supervisory bodies for industrial companies and financial intermediaries, both in Italy and in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

I am currently a member of the Board of Certified Public Accountants and Experts.

Accountants (ODCEC) of Varese, and I was a board member of the National Foundation of Accountants for the three-year period 2014-2016, chairing for the period 2008-2012 the National Study Commission on Innovative Finance at the CNDCEC (National Council of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts). In the past, I also served as president of AICEF, the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants Expert in Finance, Governance and the Stock Exchange.

I devised the “Transparency Matrix” (CUOA TM), an interdisciplinary approach aimed at disseminating and promoting in the educational and public sphere the “strategic and economic” value of information transparency, both in the area of legal and tax compliance and in the financial sphere for access to credit and financial markets, as well as in customer relations on financial investments.

I am a speaker at numerous conferences of national importance (both aimed at the professional world and the financial and business world) and editor for several online publications (including The Fielder, Noise from Amerika, PRESSmagazine). As co-author, I co-authored, , the book “Notes on Corporate Finance” (FNC, Rome – 2015) and the research paper “Dynamics of Credit to SMEs” (FNC, Rome – 2017).

For CNDCEC, I was coordinator of the project, developed with Borsa Italiana, of specialized training on the listing and governance processes of listed companies and of the working group that launched the project for access to credit for MPMIs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises), which resulted in the memorandum of understanding between CNDCEC, ABI and UNIONCAMERE, signed in October 2010.
