During my professional career, from 1987 to 2009, I served as a manager in a number of leading national and international companies in the fields of transportation and logistics, production marketing in the apparel, furniture and food products industries.
After consolidating my management and organizational experience in managerial roles in modernly structured companies, in 2012 I began a consulting activity in the administrative field, working as an external professional with Studio La Croce and Studio Ceserani, both in Bologna.
My current consulting work is directed at reorganizing the accounting department and building management control systems in service sector companies, including as a Temporary Manager.
Over time, I have also been able to broaden my consulting experience to the field of corporate crisis resolution procedures: in particular, my collaboration with Cancellaildebito.com has also allowed me to deepen my experience with regard to the former L.3/2012 on the settlement of over-indebtedness crisis.
