During my professional career, I have served as a clerk in the administration and sales area, and as a customer service representative. I was responsible for issuing transport documents and invoices, telephone and written correspondence with customers, issuing forms, and waste management, both with in-house management software and the SISTRI ministerial program.

In the role of inside salesperson and customer service clerk, I was able to gain significant experience, in particular, in customer management from the time of order and through all phases of job order management, working with technicians in various company departments.
