In the Accounting and Tax area, I specialize in advising and assisting in direct and indirect taxation, preparing and assisting in the drafting of compliance
periodic imposed by tax regulations, in tax planning and practices related to building tax deductions (Superbonus, Home Bonus, Ecobonus, Sismabonus).
In the Financial Statements and Auditing area, I deal with preparatory processing for the preparation of Financial Statements of corporations in accordance with the Civil Code, national accounting standards and tax regulations.
In the Corporate area, I have gained experience related to compliance
corporate, to the incorporation of companies, with particular reference to the relationships between the shareholders, between the shareholders and the company, between the company and its organs and related publicity requirements.
In the area of Facilitated Finance, I offer assistance to businesses in obtaining subsidized finance and grants (local, regional, national and EU).
I hold the position of auditor with the Certified Public Accountants Foundation.
and Accounting Experts of Ferrara and of First Level controller for the University of Ferrara within the Interreg Italy-Croatia cross-border cooperation program. I am also a Bankruptcy Curator and Judicial Liquidator at the Court of Ferrara.
