I have significant experience in corporate consulting assignments, with a focus on business reorganizations, asset management, asset management and their accounting reconciliation. I am on the board of directors of OTA srl, a company providing technical analysis and evaluation and technical services for companies and insurance companies, operating in Milan since 1979, in which I hold the position of technical manager (COO). I have been a speaker in various training courses on appraisal and corporate governance-related topics. In the social sphere, I am the sole director of the company “127Sport,” which operates in the redevelopment and management of sports facilities intended for the activities of the youngest and the socially disadvantaged; I am the founder and board member of the Barrelly sports club, active in the recruitment of young people to be directed to various sports disciplines, with exclusively social purposes.
